Who is the program NOT for?

YES! Part of what makes this program so amazing is that it breaks down previously complex concepts, tactics, funnels, etc and makes them both simple to understand AND fun. Aren’t Facebook Ads “dead”? What about that iOS thing?
As 10-year veterans, we’ve seen every version of “this is the end of Facebook Ads forever!!!!!!!!” that has come and gone over the last decade. Spoiler alert: they’ve continued to work for those with the right holistic strategies, no matter what changes have arrived. And yes, this even holds true for the recent iOS 14 updates which ARE requiring some adjustments. Good thing you’ve got The Ad Girls on your team to hold your hand through all of it!
How is this different from other Facebook Ads programs out there?
Other Facebook Ad programs and courses teach you all the things, without providing any specific insight on YOUR specific business. While we do provide pre-recorded training content, templates, etc... the real value of this program is the 1:1 support, strategy, feedback, and coaching you will receive from Jennifer and Courtney, as well as other Empowered Ads Academy support staff. We also cover A LOT MORE than just ads, because an ad by itself actually doesn't do anything. There's no other place you can get done-with-you ads, funnels, and messaging support specific to YOUR business for this price point.
What results can I expect?
By the end of the 4-month program, you can expect (if you show up to calls and do the work!) to have a converting ads "system" (ads + funnel + follow up sequence) that you can use to generate clients and customers on demand. You will understand ads, you will understand your numbers, and you will understand how to grow your business on your own terms.
When does the program start?
Since the program is cohort-based, we open enrollment for a new cohort approximately every two months. The next round is scheduled to begin in May 2022.
What are the dates and times we're meeting each month?
Live coaching calls with Jennifer and Courtney are not to be missed! The current schedule is every other Tuesday at 2PM EST beginning from the first week of the program, and continuing for four months total. While these calls will be recorded, we do NOT recommend joining the Academy at this time if you will have a consistent conflict with the coaching call schedule.
How long will I have access to the program?
You will have lifetime access to the members-only training portal, but the active support and coaching calls will stop after four months (when your cohort graduates). You will also have lifetime access to your cohort's Facebook Group, but the Empowered Ads Academy team will not be monitoring this once the cohort ends.
Is there a refund policy?
If you truly believe this program isn't for you after the first 30 days, we will provide you with a pro-rated refund and release you from the program. However this policy only applies if you have showed up to the coaching calls, truly attempted to apply the program to your business, and just genuinely found that it wasn't a fit. Not showing up and doing the work is not a sufficient reason to request a refund, and there will be no refunds given for time already passed in the program.
